2. Information We Collect
We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, timestamped consent records (Terms, Privacy, and optional marketing consent), and property underwriting entries you enter into the software.
3. Marketing Consent & Opt-Out
Marketing consent is explicitly opt-in and unchecked by default during registration. You may revoke consent at any time in your Account settings.
4. Right to Deletion
You have the right to request full deletion of your user account, stored properties, and underwriting files. You can execute this directly via the Account portal or by contacting support.
