1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or accessing EquityLens ("Service"), operated by Liberty Equity Group, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
2. Nature of Analysis & Disclaimer
EquityLens provides quantitative underwriting calculations, risk scoring, and property investment estimation tools. The calculations are for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute certified real estate appraisal, legal advice, tax advice, or a loan commitment. You are solely responsible for conducting independent physical inspections, title searches, contractor bids, and financial verification before submitting offers or acquiring real estate.
3. User Accounts & Security
When you register for an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, verify your email address, and safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Row-Level Data Privacy
Your underwriting inputs, saved properties, and risk assessments are strictly isolated to your authenticated account ID using database row-level security (RLS). EquityLens does not share your proprietary deal pipeline with third-party investors.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
